Scale HSPU to strict press with any implement. Scale ring dips to banded, parallette or box dips. Scale Push Ups to Box.

Modify reps to 15-12-9 or 12-9-6 or similar.

10 minute time cap. Add 1 second to 10 minutes for each rep you don’t complete.

50 Russian twists no weight
25 super mans
50 flutter kicks
