30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)
20 Burpees to 8/7′ bar
*Rx+ finish with 10 Ring Muscle Ups
Break Wall Balls no more than 3 times.
Box Jumps should be at an easy height that allows for continuous movement.
Snatch from the floor, both heads touch the ground. Modify to hang as needed.
Burpees are to 8′ bar for men, 7′ bar for women.
