Overhead Squat (5 – 5 – 5 – 5…)
Build in weight, final set should be ~75% of 1RM.
Snatch + Snatch Balance + OHS ( Build to a heavy set of the complex.)
1 Full Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 OHS.

This is for people who want to work on snatches instead of OHS. It could be considered the "Rx+" of the overhead squat work.

3 DB Snatch (50/35)
3 Wall Balls (20/14)
3 Burpees

6/6/6, 9/9/9, 12/12/12…

Keep increasing reps by 3 for each round.
